Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. However, please note that live plants have special considerations outlined below.
Returns for Live Plants
Due to the living nature of plants, special conditions apply:
- Plants must be reported within 48 hours of delivery if they arrive damaged or in poor condition
- Photos of the plant and packaging must be provided for quality assessment
- We will replace damaged plants or issue a full refund at our discretion
- Plants cannot be returned after 7 days due to natural care variations
- Our plant experts may provide care guidance before processing a return
Returns for Accessories
Pots, tools, and other accessories may be returned within 30 days if:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- All components and accessories are included
- Items are not custom or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos if returning a damaged plant
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the returned items within 3 business days
- Process approved refunds to your original payment method
- Send confirmation email once refund is initiated
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we're happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within the return period.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns:
- Free return shipping for damaged or defective items
- Customer responsible for return shipping on standard returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns
- We provide prepaid return labels for damaged plant claims
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Plants after 7 days (except for quality issues)
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened soil or fertilizer products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
